Where it all began
Built from the work, not from theory
Jinx Consulting was shaped by years of hands-on work in community health, communications, engagement and place-based change.
Before Jinx, our founders worked within the Latrobe Health Assembly, supporting community health initiatives designed to test new ideas, learn from local experience and respond to real needs across the Latrobe Valley. That work gave us a deep appreciation for the complexity of community-led change.
We saw what happens when local knowledge, clear communication and practical delivery come together. We also saw how often good ideas need the right structure, story and support to become something lasting.
That experience continues to guide how we work today.

What we learned along the way
Lessons that continue to guide us
Clarity before content
The strongest digital marketing starts with a clear understanding of your audience, message and goals.
Strategy that turns into action
Good ideas need more than a plan. They need practical steps, useful systems and communications that move people forward.
Measuring what matters
Websites, campaigns and content work best when performance is tracked, understood and used to make better decisions.
From insight to action.
We help organisations and businesses move forward with clarity and purpose.
What we do
Our commitment to regional business and community
Jinx Consulting is proudly based in Gippsland, and our work is deeply shaped by the communities, businesses and organisations that make local places strong.
We care about helping businesses and organisations grow because strong local economies support strong communities. They create jobs, support families, invest in towns, back local clubs, strengthen main streets and help places build confidence in their own future.
While Gippsland will always be central to who we are, our work extends to communities across regional Victoria and Australia. We bring clear strategy, digital presence and communications support to businesses and organisations that want to grow sustainably and contribute meaningfully to the places they serve.
When local businesses and organisations do well, communities benefit.
Our name
Why we're called Jinx
The name Jinx comes from that small, familiar moment when two people say the same thing at the same time.
It is a sign of shared thinking. A moment of being on the same page without needing to over-explain it.
That idea sits at the heart of how we work. We take the time to understand our clients, their challenges and their goals, so the work feels aligned from the beginning.
Because being on the same page changes everything.
